Here is one way to make fabric flowers to place on headbands and alligator clips.

I like to use fabric from old clothes or scraps I have laying around.

(My secret glue is Aleenes Tacky Glue…and I use a paper clamp to hold it together while it dries!)

Add some feathers, old jewelry and you have a great up-cycled treasure!
