After college, it began. An unhealthy relationship… with my career. An obsession, a distraction, an affair that took away for other parts of my life. I get so bored on the treadmill. About 5 minutes in, I begin coming with all sorts of reason to cut my treadmill time short. For those days I am feeling a bit ADD or bored, I do this Interval Workout to keep me going and get that sweat session in!   (these are speeds that I am comfortable with, choose speeds you are comfortable with but keep it challenging!)
