I’m not a resolution type person, I just kind of go with the flow…But 2011 was full of drastic changes! last year, I did a Daniel Fast with my friends and accidentally fell in love with not eating meat. It now marks 1 year of my acquired herbivore-ness and 3 months of trying to further veganize my diet. (after I had a revelation of my chance of heart disease, current cholesterol metrics and my 30 day experiment that left me feeling alive and whole.) My goal when creating new recipes, is to make it easy, affordable, not weird and veganish enough that most everyone will enjoy it even if they like to eat the meat. Challenging day = desire to eat crap … why?
p>It was a super rough day yesterday. I would call it challenging rather.   (I have no place to call it rough– my stresses are still positive and a blessing, just over-committed and disorganized, nothing that can not be changed I feel too blessed to put a negative spin on it– but it was a challenge. Do you have those days where you feel overwhelmed? I totally did. I felt not only overwhelmed by my commitments but also felt resentful. Need Help!  Vegan Breakfast ideas…
p>So, on my quest to fill my body with healthy, whole, animal free goodness.. I have came across a significant barrier… it is called: Breakfast! Usually– I’m down for some Organic Peanut Butter and low sugar jelly on whole wheat bread with a diet mt dew to start my day… How nutrituous can that be?  I am like a 5 year old gone wild, right? SO.. what is a girl to eat when I awake?
