Killer Cardio Session—Treadmill Style

In Under 20 minutes!!

(please use listed speed as a reference and adjust to what is comfortable yet challenging for you—this is a quick moving, interval, sweat session that will get your heart rate into fat burning quickly, isolate butt, quads and hamstrings.. use this on days you feel unmotivated, bored or have only 20 minutes to get your workout in!!  Remember to stretch!)
